Our relationship with London Women's Clinic began in 2018, and since we have worked across all of their fertility brands including London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank and Kind IVF.
Our work has been varied, and includes paid search management, paid social, programmatic campaigning, web development of all brand sites and ongoing support.
As their technical agency, we have created a support process that helps improve the functionality of their sites, and utilising web components and features that can be used across brand sites, for each of internal CMS usage, and universal publishing.
We work with a number of third-party integration software, including Salesforce, Google and Trustpilot, as well as building bespoke calendar management and booking systems for use by customers across all brands. Usage of these by the internal content managers, has reduced the time spent by over 30%, taking admin time down to a click of just a button!
Each month we have a wide variety of live jobs and opportunities in the pipeline for all of the company's brands, and by holistically looking at these, we are able to create solutions that work across all properties.
Our work here has seen us become a trusted player in the healthcare, and fertility, space, and working collaboratively with all of the agencies involved means we are able to work together in an agile enviroment, to continually iterative the brand and the websites.
Added to this, we deliver ongoing CRO and analytics dashboards, helping to understand how each brand's target audience appproach the site, and the marketing channels for better future results.
