We are on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Big Think.
The role would suit someone with a strong background in PPC and SEO specifically, alongside use of paid social and programmatic display.
Working across clients in retail, e-comm, leisure, healthcare and events, you'll manage their paid spends, deliver best recommendations across holistic search marketing and help deliver creative campaigns for search, shopping, display and retargeting.
You'll also deliver SEO audits, onpage SEO and content marketing across a range of industries.
Your experience with Google Analytics is strong, with the ability to set-up, administer and report via this platform with ease, as well as deliver client and internal training where necessary.
You may come from an agency background, you may not, but you should have the ability to act fast, and across multiple accounts, whilst ensuring your marketing plans are thorough with detailed KPIs and expectations based on existing data.
This is a full-time role based in our Glasgow office, there is flexibility for remote work, and an expectation that you will be at client meetings regularly.

Key attributes for this role:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in PPC and SEO
- Research, implement and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms Google Adwords, Bing Ads and others including Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
- Deliver comprehensive keyword research which benefits both paid and organic search marketing plans
- Deliver SEO audits with the ability to plan a strategy for organic search over a 6–12-month period
- Develop content marketing strategies for SEO, working in tandem with content and social marketers in-house
- Set-up all tracking for campaigns, and deliver reports which are aligned to client's goals and are action-lead
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on cross-platform campaigns and pitches
- Manage relationships with some third-party suppliers and platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use this data to bring each campaign to life and make best decisions on routes forward
- Budget management is key
- Maximise ROI for each client based on their overall goals
- Excellent written communication, and strong relationship building with clients and agency personnel
- You'll be able to work within the marketing team, and alongside two Digital Marketing Executives who will assist on your campaigns
- Adwords and Analytics accreditations
- Agency experience would be beneficial, but an expectation of 5+ years in a similar role either agency or client side is expected
